Healing Through Balance
Kyungjun Lee, PT, MS, DPT is a physical therapist specializing in holistic, osteopathic manual therapy. Since 2012, he has devoted his practice to hands-on healing, with expertise in visceral and neuromeningeal manipulation, joint articulation, muscle energy technique, myofascial release, ligamentous strain, and strain-counterstrain techniques.
He began his manual therapy training at the Osteopath Institute in Seoul, building a strong foundation in osteopathic principles. After moving to New York, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Touro College, where he expanded his skills in functional manipulation and integrative rehabilitation. He also completed graduate studies in rehabilitation science at Korea University, focusing on spinal stabilization, myofascial release, and classical approaches such as the Stanley Paris method and McKenzie technique.
Kyungjun continues advanced training through the Barral Institute, where his coursework includes Advanced Visceral Manipulation (VM1–6), Neuromeningeal Manipulation, Manual Approach to the Brain, New Manual Articular Approach, and Listening Techniques. These studies reflect his commitment to treating the body as an interconnected system.
His clinical philosophy is rooted in addressing root causes rather than symptoms. He believes visceral restrictions or neural imbalances often underlie musculoskeletal pain such as chronic headaches, neck stiffness, or low back discomfort. By identifying these patterns, he helps patients achieve long-term healing and restored movement.
Kyungjun is an active member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP).
